My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to review the complex. The apartments are beautiful, the complex is affordable and clean, the location is great and the office staff is incredible. Today, I ordered DoorDash (pretty typical of me) and my delivery guy couldn’t find my apartment and asked me to meet him at the office. The staff was professional friendly and answered all my questions the grounds were well kept and the amenities were great I wouldn’t look any further overlook get a 5 on my scale
It is not okay to have your residents out of A/C for 4 days! Other facilities DO reimburse for hotel and take money off of your rent! It is not my issue that you ran out of Freon. Taking 72 hours to respond to a service request and then still NOT fixing it is not okay! Then tell me to contact my Renters Insurance, not okay!
