I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here. If I had a maintenance problem it was handled in a timely manner. The staff always great my husband and I when we come into the office and when we see them around the complex. We have met great people that live hear also.
Paid off an outstanding bill in March and in June I'm getting another invoice. Called over there and property manager stated "We just go it"...Really! Lousy customer service as she would not send a simple email stating, all was good. "need to clear it with regional". Kept saying she had not control over things. She has control sending a simple email to me for my records, but would not even do that. If she had done that, this review would have gone a whole another way. I just moved in my girls love and so do I. Smooth movin process and they advise you of everything needed....
If you have packages delivered here. They will steal it off your porch! Move elsewhere. Rent is to expensive to live among thieves. Office was no help.
I have lived here since February 2015 and I am still as happy as I was on day one. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The few times I have had a service issue, it has been resolved within 24 hours. The exercise room is fantastic and the pool is relaxing. The location is very convenient to most areas that I utilize.
I have lived here since March 2015, and I have to say that this has been the most positive renting experience! The staff here is very helpful and the amenities are great. Awesome pool for the kids and adults, and I will continue recommending Overlook Ranch to anyone who is looking for an apartment!

Overlook ranch has been amazing for my children and I. This is my first apartment & im glad I chose overlook. The staff is always ready to help & I always get updates about everything. We are truly happy & cant wait till the summer to enjoy the pool. Thank y'all for everything!
I've lived here since March 2015 when they opened, nearly 2 yrs now. It's been a wonderful place to live. I've been happy here and always felt safe. It's so peaceful here. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. Highly recommend. �
