Management is a disgrace. Offering 5 dollars in exchange for good reviews when the property is clearly falling apart since they took over. Temp staff promotes theft in property and they dont have a permanent staff. Sad for Lincoln Property Management.
Recently moving in, I had no issues with the apartment. And the staff was quite helpful. The community offers a lot of amenities. Restaurants and shopping centers are fairly close.
RecommendedI recommend this places it’s awesome and I really like the staff especially anaiah, she was very helpful with the moving in process, plus Haley too.
I have lived here for over a year and love it! I love the location and how well kept the property is! Hailey and Anaiah are great and have always been so helpful anytime I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend this property to anyone!

There are many people at Overlook Ranch my husband and I have appreciated in our three years as residents. One of the most exceptional individuals we have met is Saul Torres. He is the head maintenance man on the property. He is very kind and professional. We asked the apartment complex to repaint a small part of a baseboard in our bathroom while we were out of town during Christmas. The office was very kind in taking care of it for us.
