I cannot praise the Medical Staff at Sentara Norfolk Hospital enough! They continue to care for grieving family members with respect, empathy, and refreshing HONESTY. Thank God for Medical Personal; especially Dr, Shahl, Nurse Krystal Miller, and Chanel Cook; just a few of the Humanitarians who are vessels of nothing less than miracles on the Vascular ICU!

My mom cancer spread to her brain. The neurosurgery were great did biopsy. The clinical staff were good, chaplain and rehab were excellent. Now improving on rehab floor. Enjoy the coffee shop. Only complaint had to wait too long for MRI.
Very well equipped hospital, very clean, all the staffs, from nursing care attendants, nurses, PA's, Oncologist, Internal Medicine Doctors, primary doctors and assistant, surgeon, Are very helpful and encouraging. Great hospital and staffs down to the janitorials everyday. I'm so blessed to have their service, May God continue to equipped this facility with God talented and God fearing and believer of his Word specialists and staffs and management. God bless them all. God loves us all
WHEN I WAS admitted to Sentara Norfolk General Dec 2013, because the right side of my face was swollen and my Jew was stuck shut, and I found out, I had A flesh eating Bacteria in my face that let me in the hospital a month (jan 2014) and a half, I had to have a total of 9 surgeries!! All the nurses and surgeon I had took very good care of me Marti , meva, Mel my 3 favorite nurses then Dr Dobrats and I forgot his name but just know they all took very good care of me, made sure nothing bad happen to me!!
