Fast and friendly even during construction I'm happy
Excellent and efficient staff....super friendly......got me in for my MRI early and out the door...could have asked for a better experience.
I couldn't ask for a better hospital for our loved ones. From the heart hospital to the emergency room hands down 5 stars!! Thank God he made people like them to help people like us!!
No one called or came to tell the family that the patient was done in the recovery room and had been taken to a room on the 6th floor. We walked all around the 3rd floor and could find no one to even ask.
Muy agradecida con el tratamiento, un médico excelente y muy profesional,igual que todas las enfermeras ,y hablan español. Gracias por cuidar de nuestra salud , se lo sacrificado q es la profesión de enfermera xq mi hija lo es en Puerto Rico. Los médicos mucho que estudian para sanar y salvar vidas. Out of all the other hospitals they couldn't find anything wrong with me but this one did. I think the nurses and doctors that were all kind to me me. I'm happy I came back home to VA
8 hours in a hallway bed was a bit ridiculous. However, the nurses on 5RP rock!
It was a very pleasant visit. I'm always nervous of doctors and hospitals, but the staff at Norfolk General was very kind and helpful to me. Awesome job!!!!
Can not say I have a favorable opinion with yesterday's experience. My 82 year old Mother was sick with nausea/vomiting/weakness and was shuttled back and forth from a satellite waiting room to a lab draw station and back down a long corridor. No one offered a wheelchair although she was unsteady on her feet. There was absolutely no communication to any of the patients in the waiting room for over 3 hours.
