Both my recent experiences with the surgical department were fantastic. The entire team from all aspects of nursing, doctors anesthesia and recovery were very nice and pleasurable to talk to. They made it that much easier to deal with. Thank you all so much.
The wait in the 2nd waiting room was a little long..but after the shift change it moved pretty quick, I checked in at about 7and after the wait, the 2 doctors the nurse with the pain meds. Was my long after that I was out of there, oh yeah in that time I did get in a nap but all in all I was signed out at 10 somthing..
Theres major construction going on outside so outpatient parking is impossible. We had to park on the other side of the heart hospital and walk all the way back, which was painful for my wife. We had never been there so dropping her off wasnt an option since we were afraid we'd never see each other again. The inside is quite impressive, much like a shopping mall. Once the construction is completed it will be a very nice facility.
My vist was ok besides the er register she was rude as fuck I will be calling her supervisor cuz she definitely needs to be written up
Staff on 6th floor very attentive, but on the fifth, I'm not sure they know I'm a patient here.
I visited Norfolk general hospital yesterday everybody was helpful and everybody treat me good my pressure was high yesterday and still is I love Norfolk general
I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED YOUR FACILITY BUT HAVE HEARD THROUGH EMPLOYEES AND PREVIOUS PATIENTS OF YOUR WONDERFUL TEAMS.
Yesterday i was at Sentara Norfolk Heart Hospital with my daughter. We had to be there at 5:30 a.m. For it to be so early in the morning everyone that helped us was helpful and friendly. The nursing staff very helpful and friendly. I watched doctors come out and talk to family members to explain how the procedure of their patient went. I liked that. The Heart Hospital was great. AND THEY HAD SUBWAY LOL
