the food was great but the waiter kept filling my tea with sweet, despite my constant reminding him that I was diabetic & asked for plain tea.
The service is crappy I've been at my table an hour and a half and have only managed to have 2 drinks and am still waiting on my food, this is he absolute worst service of my life
Crowded. Waiter inattentive and overworked. Orders incorrect. Sirloin was ordered as medium, came well done, and was tasteless and tough as shoe leather. Overpriced.
At best, it's just average! Not very happy with food and having to send back! Food not served together. Some of us had our food a good 5 minutes before others. Only 4 adults and 2 children at the table.
My husband and I went around 330 on a Monday, and didn't get serviced. No one greeted us as we entered the restaurant and we waited for 15mins as waiters and waitresses walked by and ignored us. Was disappointed because we heard great reviews. We wouldn't be too upset if it were busy but the place was almost empty.

This restaurant has nothing to do with the original Outbacks, just some local people trying to copy, got a poterhouse steak and it was just a piece of meat with no seasoning, and I was charge $9.00 for just a splash of crown royal, I work too hard for my money to just give it away for BAD SERVICE and food that was just bland , Rick Erwin, here I come. And also this restaurant has a high turn over rate as in keeping employees on the floor and in the kitchen ( cooks ) make sure you pray over your food before you eat !!!
Waiter Nathan was awesome! Great personality & superb service. Will definitely be back & asking for him.
