Everything was outstanding. Janelle was very nice, prompt and courteous. She kept our drinks filled and was attentive to our needs. It was my Dad in Laws Birthday, and they sang and brought him ice cream for desert. Also the food was terrific, our steaks and lobster were cooked to perfection! I love Outback and We will be returning very soon.
I usually don't leave negative reviews as I believe that everyone has off days but the poor quality of food that my wife and I had today was unacceptable. The tea had a sour taste, the bread was hard, both steaks where undercooked to our likening, and the grilled vegetables had a strong burnt taste. The only thing worth bragging about was the service. Our waitress was readily available for us.
It was awful.We gave the waitress our complete order starting with drinks, our order for blooming onion and our meal.We had to wait entirely to long for our drinks. and as i thought, almost all of it showed up at one time{i am not a happy camper when that happens}, never did get my salad. The manager came over and talked to us about all of this and said our meal was on her, that told me to order another beverage for me and the mrs. I guess it will be ok now
Idk if there's new management and new cooks or what! Food was terrible. Steaks were cooked wrong, and they left some of the food completely off. Nothing like waiting another 15 minutes for food that was already made. Also we arrived during a slow time, there were 20 tables open. Was told to wait while they cleaned up. 25 minutes later, still no table. Whole experience was awful!! Oh and since when is half a lb of crab legs, 3 LEGS? �� what a joke. Went to LONGHORN steakhouse today, and it was night and day.
Thr worst service and the worst steak ever will not ever go back
Food was great but it took 45 mins for the food to come.
Absolutely horrible they burned my steak the first time. They cooked it again and we had to sit there for about an hour to get our food. Then we ordered mac and cheese that took 25 minutes after we received our food to make it to the table. Service is an absolute joke there. I won't be going back.

The food was wonderful but the service was terrible and it was almost too hot in the restaurant to eat. Made for a very uncomfortable dinner. I don't think I will be going back.....
