I have never had a terrible experience at Outback, however tonight was horrible. Our server was sweet, but the food was beyond inedible. I ordered a steak medium and it came out well done and chewy. My shrimp was wrong, and when it did come out it was very over cooked and chewy. The bloomin onion was underwhelming (first time ever), and my son’s cheeseburger was over cooked and gross. We went last night for dinner. It was surprisingly not that busy. Our food was awful though! The steak was about the only decent thing I ate. We got a blooming onion and it was burnt and nothing but grease! And it tasted like old grease. When we got our salads (which we usually love) it was nothing but the inside of the lettuce head, the hard while stocks... then when we got our entrees they were awful! The service was terrible and the food was not hot. The decor is rundown and the overall quality that used to accompany this company is gone.
Food was Great! Can't complain. Waited for a little bit, but it was worth it.
Just ordered food for the take out because I’m headed to work and I ordered a medium steak. Drive off because I thought since it’s a good steakhouse that I wouldn’t have to check my bag like at McDonalds. Well I lied. They forgot multiple items, steak was burnt, potato was burnt and the complimentary bread was never given complimentary. Spent 22$ expecting to have a good dinner instead I wasted my money. Never will go back unless something is fixed.
Horrible service. Horrible food. We got our dinner before our salads. Continuously asked for refills and only got one the whole time we were there. Since we left I have been sick to my stomach. It was not worth what we paid. We will never be back.
It’s appalling to walk in with a group of 9 at 5pm and be told that they are completely booked and can not seat your party at all because they have 2 groups that have not even shown up yet. They wouldn’t even tell us a wait time, and we were willing to wait....guess they don’t need anymore paying customers bc those two parties can keep your business open. I will no longer be a patron of Outback if that’s how they do business
