Wasn't the greatest service took 1hr and 15min to get our food the server brought our food with nothing to eat it with the food was dry my drink was empty the whole time I was there set my glass at the edge of the table where he could see it and still didn't get a refill never go there again waisted $70
We called in advance so we were on the list, but when we got there, we still had to wait more than half an hour. We had to wait for our drinks and our appetizer for another half an hour. Our server was terribly rude and passive aggressive and we were without drinks mist pf the time. When we finally got our food after a good hour and a half, only one out of four dishes were correct and most of it was cold. Got on the waiting list for 7:30 dinner plans (while paying for a babysitter) 8:00 we’re still waiting with 2 more people ahead of us and steady seating people within 10 minutes of their arrival! I am beyond upset and your little hostess needs a lesson on how not to be rude!! Needless to say we are on our way somewhere else at this point I don’t care if it’s a fast food joint!

We had the best experience tonight. Our food and apps came out at the same time. While it was slightly annoying, we weren’t going to complain because the service was so good. The next thing we know the manager is at our table apologizing! She and our server were so upfront and nice about it that we will be going back just because of their friendly attitudes!!
We visited Outback on Saturday 8/18 and our experience was phenomenal. Our server was Josh and for his second shift in this location - he handled our party of 14 amazingly. The food took a little while to come out and it came out in 2 groups vs altogether, but management was quick to jump in and offer free dessert for the inconvenience. do better with the waiting to long
Me and my 2 daughters and a family friend were there for an early dinner. Everything was great. The food was great and we were blessed with the kindest waitress. She was so nice and very attentive. I wish I could remember her name for you to tell her what an outstanding job she did. We thanked her yesterday but when you have someone like that working for you they need to be recognized for outstanding service.
On Thursday st 5:30 a group of 10 went (with reservations) to dine. I ordered my usual, 6oz Victoria filet-rare. What I received was a medium sirloin. I sent it back specifying Victoria filet. And again the same cut of meat cooked medium! I complained to manager and was given a $20 coupon. I’m very disappointed. I’ve always been able to rely on good food at Outback.
