Call ahead app did not work? Wait was excessive. We’ve been seated 1 hour with no tea refills asking twice and still no food. They clearly we not prepared for Mother’s Day weekend, college graduations and prom night! The poor wait staff are running in circles and our waitress said it had been that way since 10 am. POOR MANAGEMENT! Poor kid at reservation station said he had only been working here 2 weeks and was left to take the heat for management’s competence. We arrived at 6:19 and at 8:15 we still do not have our food!!!
This outback far exceeds the other Outbacks we have been to. We have been here several times recently, including today and have had excellent service each time. The food is amazing, and if there are any problems, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. :)
