Our experience Friday Night was excellent. Good food, great service. We called ahead and that worked out great. Thank you Outback.
Lobster was small and dry, shrimp was over cooked and so was the steak. A+ on the bourbon bacon Salmon. Upgraded sides where even worse. Service wasn't worth even the 15% tip. I was nice and left her the standard 15% tip. It was the worst Outback experience I have ever had!
Horrible service, entree came out before appetizer. Broccoli was cold, had to ask for water and silverware.
Everything was great from beginning to end! The food was delish, atmosphere on point and the Strawberry Peach Sangria is all that!!! Our server was excellent as well
If you want to know what true service is in a restaurant go to Outback in Greenville. I was there February 6th 2017 and I did not have to ask for anything they continually checked on me and make sure everything was to my liking. Thanks for the fantastic meal and service.
Service was great as always and got seated in a quick amount of time.
Awesome I have zero complaints food was awesome waiter was awesome drinks were awesome order the blooming onions with shrimp and a few mixed drinks one the waiter supplied all the ingredients so I could make it myself little experiment lol and had lobster main and filet minon.
Normally I love Outback but last night the wait was horrible, drinks were wrong or never refilled, the ladies room was disgusting. The food was good but the service was really bad. I was very disappointed!!
Food was good. Service was horrible. Had to ask multiple times for drinks, bread, etc. Out of tuna, the reason we went. Asked for bread when our food came and still didn't have it when we left 45 min later. Ordered a drink at the same time, didn't come until right before we left.
