My wife has a food allergy. We have eaten at other locations & given warning without any problems. We choose Outback because they normally do a good job. Clearly this location didn't do their job. We are sitting in the ER! Thanks kitchen for failing tonight!
My husband and I used to be big fans of Outback, but haven't been in several years. We decided to go today to celebrate our anniversary. We were very disappointed. The bread was flavorless. The bloomin onion was overcooked and dripping with grease. My husband's ribeye was cooked more like a roast than a steak. He had huge pieces of broccoli that weren't fully cooked. Our server Geraldine, and the manager Stacy, took such good care of me and my boyfriend. I have weird allergies and Geraldine went and asked the kitchen several times about the fryers used and the ingredients. I over looked the seasoning on the steak and when I realized it would've messed with me, Stacy came to our table to make sure I was okay. The worst experience I've ever had!! First my steak was over cooked, the second one came out and it was half well done half rare and I wanted medium. My best friend got burnt by a plate that was handed to her bare handed and the side she touched was extremely too hot. The manager said "oh what would you like me to do for you". Then she asked if there was a form to feel out just in case it got infected and he comes out with an envelope and wrote her info on it. Then asked if she would give her ss to him. We came during lunch service. Wr got bloom petals as an appetizer, and it was great. The steak I got was cooked perfectly, and the waitress was awesome. Can't wait to go back.
So we are currently waiting(they say it's a 40 minute wait) and we've watched people that have come in after us go in before us, with more people twice so far. I've watched a man and his kid go into the bar area and wait there standing for 13 minutes without being greeted or served. He then walked to the front and told the two greeters that he was leaving. This is ridiculous. They don't have enough servers? Hire some. It's that simple.
The best as usual! The bar service and exceptional management and food keep us coming back week after week! This is our neighborhood pick!
Went out for my birthday with my friends. They got everyone's steak orders mixed up with size and temperatures. Mine was raw when I ordered medium. Ordered mushrooms and was told 3/4 into the meal that they didn't have any. Would have been nice if their steaks were seasoned too. Never going back here. Too overpriced to be poorly done.
Great service and excellent food. Had a large group of people and they did great! Everyone was satisfied and relaxed. Ty Outback of Greenville. Always a pleasure.
