My son and I decided on Outback because we wanted a steak done right. We were delighted to find out you have a $9.99 special on Wednesday! We also ordered the Alice Springs Quesadillas, which we didn't care for. The waitress and manager were very nice about taking it office our bill. Excellent steaks and customer service...we'll definitely be back!
Excellent meal. Salad, Potato and Steak were just the way I ordered it. Great service. Highly recommend you visit if in the area.
I've been going to this Outback location since I moved to Greenville in 1996 and I am never dissatisfied. The new rennovations look great and the service is awesome.
The food was awful and we waited over an hour. None of our entrees were cooked as we asked. They brought my pregnant daughter a steak with blood coming out if it when she asked for medium well. There is a plus the young man that was our waiter was very nice and was so apologetic when it was not his fault. The manager also came over and talked with us. We called ahead said we were on the list and it would be 25-30 minutes when we arrived we were told it would be another 35 minutes. Ok no biggie I guess. We were seated everything started off great and quickly or should I say slowly down hill from there. Got salad before our drinks from the bar never asked if we wanted another one after that however my husband did ask for one and then received that 15 minutes after ordering. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating my son, husband , and myself so well October 10, 2016. I was very touched by your kindness. This is the 3rd son we have welcomed back home from the army(second son of the three) and no one has ever treated us as good as you did last night. All of my sons served in Afghanistan and my oldest served in Iraq too. I had not seen this son in over 3yrs. Food was good but the Service SUCKED!!! The waitress that served Us forgot about Us several times...An when She came to serve Us She act like She was on her time frame...Smh! I wouldn't recommend Anybody to this restaurant Poor Customer Service.
Our server needs to pay attention to ALL of her customer's.
