Ordered take out tonight: cheese fries, extra ranch and Mac and cheese. Get home 20 minutes later - burned cheese fries and a tiny half container of ranch. It wasn't even half way full!! Called manager: "oh come back and we will give you another...ready at 5:45." My husband is there at 6:15 with nothing - two managers later, one promising "something special." Well I gave you another chance and I can kick myself for doing it. Why you ask? Last Sunday I took my wife there for her birthday and her first outing in 6 months due to her being sick. We were seated quickly and then things went down the drain quickly. My wife and I had our anniversary dinner there last night. I ordered a steak and coconut shrimp with a baked potato and broccoli as my side. When our meals came out mine steak was burnt to a crisp. BTW, I ordered it medium. I notified the server and should took back the steak, apologized and stated, "I'll have another steak cooked to your liking". Went to this place on Father's Day and 20 mins after I left I became very ill, only to find out later that it was food poisoning, smh!!!!! I ordered the "no rules pasta", which contains shrimp and chicken. I will not be going back anytime soon!!!!
The shrimp coconut oil coconut shrimp was absolutely scrumptious the steak melted in your mouth best I've had in ages
After receiving friends for my Dad tonight the Family decided to eat at Outback. After arriving the staff as what our memorial buttons were for. After they found out the reason behind the the Manager came to our table and offered free appetizers to our entire family saying that we had had a hard day and they wanted to make it a little better. Needless to say I am a customer for life. Thank you for your generosity and compassion.
