The last two times I've went my steak was not cooked properly and the cut of the steak overall was not a good quality. I did not complain the first time! The second time I asked them to re-cook it and they took care of it. The level of service is exceptional the food has really gone down hill at this outback steakhouse.
Mediocre service. Waitress acted like she had better places to be. Forgot 1/2 the things we asked for. Food was not Outback worthy. What happened? They used to be so good!not to mention we were there at 3pm. Barely anyone in the place and it wasn't great.
I love it the wait was long but it was well worth it I will be back service was great the food was great
My husband and I had dinner there last night to celebrate his birthday and it was great!!! The Surf & Turf file mignon and lobster was delicious!!! I want to go back just to eat some more lobster!!! �
It was an awesome evening with great food and awesome service.
Had a great dinner with one of my best friends and our servers were awesome.
Service was slow. The food was over cooked. Had to keep asking for drink refills. Bread ice cold. My wife's birthday dinner and we all got our food and she had to wait on hers. Very over priced will not be going back.
We sat over 45 mins and never received our food. Waiter came over and said that the order wasnt put into the computer. Then we had to ask for our check ( for drinks and appetizer) 3 times. Awful
We were on the waitlist for 7.15 and got our table after one hour waiting. The server was really friendly but all of us had two times empty glasses for over 10 minutes. The Appetizer were good but then we waited over an hour for the dinner. Someone came after 45 minutes and told us the dinner had to be done new. My medaillons wasn't medium well it was much more then well done and the baked potatoe was cold. We got 50 % off but that was not the plan for my moms last evening in SC.
