Good evening, I am writing this due to my immense displeasure with your company. On August 28th my family and I went to a Sam’s Club in Wausau Wi to get 5 new lines through OSL. The process took from 4:50pm to 10:25pm... Sam’s Club closes at 8:30pm... The employee did not appear to know what he was doing and made many mistakes. The employee at Walmart was quick and helpful. We had a few issues with adding a line to the account, but he didn’t stop until we got it fixed. Very informative and patient! Definitely deserves recognition. He sat there for half an hour on hold with at&t all while giving me input on the phone I was buying and the services it provides.

I have been with the company for 5yrs now! It’s a great company that cares for their employes. Lots of incentives and contest to motivate the players. The location of this great company is the best as Walmart’s have the most walk-in ever. The opportunities are there. And having 7 wireless companies makes it a piece of cake to activate a customer or offer an upgrade. In all, I recommend it to anyone that has great customer service and is in sales! 👍🏻
