I have been in sales for 40 years. My recent experience with OSL was disappointing and very unprofessional. When you have millennial managers without life experience you get what you pay for. The good news is you will make a chapter in my upcoming book on how "Best Managed Companies" shouldn't be run. How sad as I was enjoying my work not the organizational practices.

I won a $50 gift card from them while employed that the District Manager refused to give me. after fighting with HR for months they admitted they owed it to me and claimed to have sent it. it never arrived. they claim to have sent another one certified mail which says it was delivered but I never signed for and never arrived. If I hadn't hounded them the entire way through the cards never would have been sent to begin with even after they admitted they owed them to me. The worst service ever received. First of all the sales representative doesn’t seems to be knowledgeable on the products the are selling and on top of that gave wrong information, when asked he replied “ We havent been communicated by the company” I told him that I want to keep the same number and he said Absolutely you can and I took Iphone 11 and the next day I received an email from the network provider that they cannot port the number.
