This company is a joke. Best managed company of 2020? They are making their employees work through coronavirus symptoms and putting other people at risk.

The worst service ever from OSl 22 pinebush rd, cambridge ontario. The managers are not efficient to solve even a small problem He (Josh the manager) always make lame excuses He does not respect customers Just try to lay off them. Its the 6th time I am coming with my friend to solve the issue and spending 1-3 hours each time But never got any solution I am gona switch to other companies and never gona recommend osl to anybody

You’re company is deplorable! And the way Vito Rinaldi addresses his employees and the customers is absolutely horrendous! How that man is a District Manger is beyond me. As a former employee l was made to feel like scum of the earth! Wish I could give this business zero stars but here we are. I worked at this company for half a year and they do not care about their workers at all. At first it was fine as most jobs start out. Came in to Walmart in Middletown De needed a new phone for my daughter Destiny approached me and asked if I needed any help and was very knowledgeable and professional also informative about the products and services. And she was also very concerned about saving me money along with making sure I liked the product all in all I am very satisfied with her and her level of great customer service and I will definitely return to see her if I have any future wireless needs. She should be recognized for her exceptional service.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with a young man at your store #1136 located in the Walmart located at 255 East Hills Blvd SE, Calgary, Alberta location.
