I do not recommend osl for anyone. the lack of management on the bike side atleast. is abysmal. wal mart has no idea if you are coming or going. I sat around for 2 hours one time waiting for someone to bring me down stoke to build. No one tells you when cut off day is and you get your schedule from a third party app. not the official osl app. they will also ask you to travel on your own gas. this compony is a complet joke. stay far far away.

RecommendedMy wife and I stopped into the Mitchell Walmart today because my phone took a dump. we were greeted by a wonderful young lady. Karina took the time to really listen to my needs and asked me a ton of questions to get me into the phone that would be right for me. I wanted a smartphone, and showed her my flip phone. she laughed when she saw it and told me that was the free phone at&t sent out to the alltel customer during the transition and told me my phone was at least 10 years old and I was ready for a new one. Amazing company to work for! I’ve been with OSL for a year now and started out as a mobile expert right when I turned 18 and was on the grind since day one! Now a year later I’m a team leader and have an amazing district manager and team! Glad to be a part of team 102! If it wasn’t for my former team leader Vito for training me properly I don’t think i would’ve moved up so quickly in the company! But yes I would recommend OSL to everyone! We are a great company and work with passion and care for our customers!
They don't appreciate their people. Terrible pay. Poor upper leadership.

I’m curious to know why your manager would EVER discourage a young adult from attending college. Given the choice between college and working there, she code college! Good for her. Shame on you for trying to dash a young girls dream! She loved working there. Sad for her. Your loss.
