I worked for OSL for not even 2 months shy of a year and was just fired yesterday! No warnings, no write ups ever, nothing! Tons of positive customer service reviews called in about me, even won awards for customer service. became pregnant & started having issues with TL/DM. Walmart employees even heard TL on the phone telling someone he wanted to get me out and so did our DM! 1 customer complaint, snacking during my shift, &a poor excuse of attendance (personal emergency that happened 2 days prior) &they fired me!

Unfortunately OSL is a terrible company to work for. attempting to get a hold of anyone at the main office is next to impossible. I'm pretty sure it's a small company due to the fact that maybe 8 phone extensions actually work in their company directory. I've tried calling over 3 dozen times and almost never talked to an actual person. sending emails or letters won't get you a response either.
These reviews are by upper management I bet 😂 they only care about sales. I’ve been in phones sales for year and these guys were the worst. Don’t sell 20+ phones a month (pretty hard to do when people are coming in for toilet paper and oranges) you get written up. New or old. I never got a write up cause they messed up so much with my paper work but ya they sucked. Gave them too much time!
