Chris Pratt South point ohio Sam's sold us phones with plan that doesn't exist then try to talk to him about it he says a rep will call in 24hrs no call try to call him again and he just hangs up on me.
George Brancefield of the Topeka ks area works at Walmart is a fraud and a scam artist. We came in and he offered us a deal which we we’re SUPPOSED to get a 1,000 dollar credit towards a phone here it is 6 months later still paying for the phone he keeps ignoring me and changing locations when I go to the store he won’t talk to me I’ve called and talked to over 20 people he still won’t call back. This guy needs fired and police reports will be made highly don’t recommend going through OSL or George Brancefield.
Osl doesn't care about their employees, what kind of company fires a person for no reason (has they put it without clause). Their DMs and mangers are the biggest bunch of lying back stabbers. Read your employee contract VERY carefully.

Was quoted a cell phone plan, but was completely different on my first bill. They would not honor the quoted price, and now I’m stuck for two years paying a higher price than I was quoted. The manager was very rude, and would not even try to fix it for me.
RecommendedI had the pleasure of dealing with Rhonda in Midland today and she was very helpful answering all my questions getting my new iPhone up and running and I even got a gift card so if anyone out there needs a cell phone I highly recommend the Walmart in midland and if your lucky enough to get this pretty little lady you won’t regret it

I had the worst customer service experience with the OSL associates in the electronic section. If I were the store manager at Walmart in Martinsville, VA I would discontinue any association with such an unprofessional, rude group of people. Rather than assisting me after standing behind another customer, once they checked them out, the associated walked off to fraternize with the other associates. Not recommended. This company has incentives others do not, HOWEVER, they are woefully inept and basically answer to no one. Once they tank your deal, plunder your FICO scores, and have no way of porting your number back to your original carrier, they simply run you in circles blaming everyone else but themselves. It takes a good day to get your phone back to original carrier and since NO ONE will tell you what the letter you get means it is nearly impossible to fix with the credit bureaus. I met an amazing group of people that work for OSL who helped me so much. At the Walmart store #419 in Pratt KS Shannon Martim sold me two iPhones. I had decided to purchase phones at the Verizon store a few blocks away but her knowledge and customer service were so good I bought them both from her. A week later I had an issue with one of them and went back to the store. She was not there but had hired a young man named Taylor Davis. Horrible experience at Stouffville ON mobile booth. Yesterday morning I went into the store to activate the first Fido home internet the sale manager Steph did not mention there is a $50 cash card until another sale associated Joshua called me to activate the second home internet and he said the $50 Walmart gift card will expire tonight.
