My stay here was amazing. I had hip replacement surgery and the staff, the LPNs, the nurses, and especially Dr. Antonacci, MD, were all so very good. My private room in the new wing was spacious, beautiful, very accommodating for me to get around in and for family and friends. If I had to choose a hospital in the Rockford area again it would definitely be St Anthony’s OSF! Thank you again, OSF for making my experience an excellent one. �

Number one, horrible Customer service.. especially clinic staff....Number two....OSF Rock Cut prompt care is a joke. I think that's where they put the Dr's who didn't pass med school... or that no one else wants. I have been going to OSF most of my life and have always thought because they are a Christian hospital their customer service is a cut above the rest. That used to be.... but that has sadly changed... it seems it is now all about the money...and customer service has been put last. I EVEN sent a complaint to the mana... read more

I want to give a big Thank you to the staff at OSF St. Anthony. From the time that I checked in to the time that I left, I received excellence care. I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee. The nursing staff and doctors were very caring, everything was explained and all questions answered. My discharge instructions were clearly explained and easy to follow. Thank you for your excellent care!

I had angiogram in January. My appt has been cancelled twice by the physician. It is now April. Unacceptable health care!

My family member had a terribly rude RN in the Emergency Department. She was rude from the moment we met her, the way she handled the discharge was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I’m very anxious to talk to her manager in the morning.
