I brought my daughter in to emergency room chest pains blood pressure up they put other patients in front of her then when we got room it was no bed in room for her to lay down we all ready sitting wait area in chairs then had go to room sit in more uncomfortable chairs customers service is bad here not very professional nurse and techs here

RecommendedA relative was recently inpatient at OSF on the 3rd floor Telemetry Unit, and, while virtually every single staff member we encountered was amazing, my relative was lucky enough to have a nurse named Christy on day shift all 3 days of her stay. Christy was amazingly compassionate, helpful, and knowledgable. She answered every single one of our questions thoroughly, and put my relative at ease during the anxiety that any potentially serious illness brings. RecommendedMy husband received the best care from everyone at St. Joe when he was unexpectedly hospitalized for several days in 2018! The nursing staff, especially Ron & April on 3rd floor, were attentive to his needs and took time to help us understand the tests and exams he underwent. Father Rogers or Deacon Gayle came by daily for spiritual guidance and communion. And all the support staff and technicians were so kind and helpful. Thank you for all you do!
Recommendedosf saved my life! your flight crew is absolutely top notch ! your ICU unit is also top of the grid the head nurse guy I think his names Ryan? he treated me and my family with the ut most respect and love ! man deserves a raise! when I was moved down the hall out of ICU the head nurse Ava training all the new girls was a beautiful nurse who knew what she was talking about ! their staff at OSF is hands down the best staff in the world. thank you all for restoring my faith in the Lord and saving my life!
They area joke! I am past my due date and they keep switching times and days for me to come in! I cant go to a different hospital to get induced! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!
RecommendedI went in today after battling 3 days of the WORST FLU EVER, staff was incredibly kind, intake felt genuine and untypical of the usual dry clinical protocol and Dr treated me with great kindness and care, was much appreciated. Thank you-Rene’
