I brought my daughter in to emergency room chest pains blood pressure up they put other patients in front of her then when we got room it was no bed in room for her to lay down we all ready sitting wait area in chairs then had go to room sit in more uncomfortable chairs customers service is bad here not very professional nurse and techs here
RecommendedMy husband received the best care from everyone at St. Joe when he was unexpectedly hospitalized for several days in 2018! The nursing staff, especially Ron & April on 3rd floor, were attentive to his needs and took time to help us understand the tests and exams he underwent. Father Rogers or Deacon Gayle came by daily for spiritual guidance and communion. And all the support staff and technicians were so kind and helpful. Thank you for all you do!
I’ve been a devoted fan of OSF for thirty years. Multiple hospital stays have been excellent...nurses n aides n food n doctors. That being said, I will never use OSF ER again. I arrived at 3:00 am, afraid to walk without support. There was no one in sight at the admitting desk or even in the whole receiving area. No security guard...nada. I honked horn a lot. Then I drove down to the ambulance entrance and again honked. Nothing...so I called st joe ER from my car n they sent 2 attendants out! Yay! I was admitted and hospital... read more

RecommendedWent in for testing due to high blood pressure during pregnancy. Ended up needed an emergency csection. Everyone on the Labor and Delivery floor was amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and safe during a very scary/exciting time!
Horrible hell hole! They see patients based on their ability to pay! My daughter has been waiting for almost 3 hours and this is unacceptable! A complaint will be filed!
