I’ve been a devoted fan of OSF for thirty years. Multiple hospital stays have been excellent...nurses n aides n food n doctors. That being said, I will never use OSF ER again. I arrived at 3:00 am, afraid to walk without support. There was no one in sight at the admitting desk or even in the whole receiving area. No security guard...nada. I honked horn a lot. Then I drove down to the ambulance entrance and again honked. Nothing...so I called st joe ER from my car n they sent 2 attendants out! Yay! I was admitted and hospital... read more

Broke my arm with a fall on the ice and the ER set me up to see David Freeman and I am very grateful and blessed. I appreciate his professional care and the feeling that all his patients matter. I know thats how he and all of the employees in Orthopedics made me feel. Thank you!!!
These people don’t care about patients! I wasn’t offered towels, a fresh gown, nor soap! Horrible place!
Recommendedthe best doctors and hospital
Very unorganized on days when there is low staff. I had surgery and didn’t even get admitted to a room after. Too many beds filled so I had to stay on the post op/anesthesia floor with no TV. I was already stressed out and this led to even more stress so I couldn’t even relax after surgery😢
RecommendedI stayed there back in 2013 ,couple months in icu burn patients hopefully go back someday
