Went there yesterday evening for my 9 year old son. (We were sent by prompt care) so, they could run tests on him. We were waiting for 41/2 half hours just to be put in a room && another 21/2 hours to see the doc. Got there around 4:45p && left out of they @ 11:30p. NEVER again will I go back to that hospital! Bromenn is where we will go for now on..
Considering I hate doctors and hospitals they have the best doctors and nurses and make sure you're taken care of in your time of need and not being catholic they still have an awesome pastoral care that prays with everyone
From Dr Keller to the whole staff, they were great! Had hip replacement. I think I'm ahead if schedule! Awesome group of people! I would highly recommend to anyone!
Doctors and nurses explained every thing and procedures both before and after. Recovery room nurses are outsranding. Check in is fast. If I have to be in hospital St Joseph is where I want to be.
The food is terrible anymore and they need some new cleaning people around that place my mom has been there a week and I've yet to have seen a clean bathroom for the visitors, garbage is always overflowing and toilets are nasty! While she was in the ER we had to wait in triage for a clean ER room then when we got in it there was food stuck on the floor in three spots and the garbage was overflowing and on the floor! That's sad!
Excellent nursing staff and nursing helpers that took such great care of me during my 2 night stay after a double mastectomy ❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸🌞🌞
When a dr sends you to the er and the er Dr comes, looks at the issue for a second said let me see what I can do for you and never see him again. Finally call the nurse 2 hrs later and she went and asked and came back with my release forms! The nurse were amazing but the dr had no people skills and I really need help! Again The one star is for the dr I give the nurse a 5 star!
