My son was recently born at OSF St Joes and I do not have the words to express how pleased we were with everyone in the Birthing Center. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our every need was met and everyone went above and beyond to help us. I just want to say a big Thank You to the entire Birthing Center staff for helping me bring home a happy, healthy boy.

The reason I would gave them 4 rather than a 5 is based on my ER experience. My time in the ER was pretty much a nightmare. There seems to be a major lack of communication between the nurses and doctors. I probably would not visit this ER again. Once I was out of surgery and moved from the ER I cannot say enough about the nurses that took care of me during my recovery. I work for the medical group but not at any of the offices at the hospital but I had to go have several test run. They originally told me it would take about 4 hours from start to finish but it only took two and a half they were lickety-split and I was pleasantly surprised thank you to all involved in the cardiology team!!
