I am an employee of 14 years trying to schedule an eye appointment with temple since it is my only option for an ophthalmologist. Had an appointment last month. They cancelled the day before. Had an appointment today at 930. They called me at 830 to cancel. What exactly are employees supposed to do for eye care when this is their only option.
Top notch health care providers! Knowledge and team works. I was been cared by teams leaded by Dr. Sincerino. All the clinicians and nurses helped me tremendously. Nurses did great to care and educate me they manage to control my pain, especially the night shifts, Mary and Lisa! Second day post surgery I am able to walk! So many people to thank! Hope the readers of my reviews are healthy! If not, pick Temple Health to your recovery! God bless!
I recently had surgery and despite being cut open I had a pleasant experience. Dr. Kuo is amazing. She saw how nervous I was and held my hand as she talked to me. I can’t say enough nice things.
After working at TUH for four years, I can honestly say they are the best hospital I ever worked for. They have many challenges but they work hard to overcome them. Everyone working there does so because they care about the people we serve. I am honored to work at a place where patients truly come first.
Temple lung has taken so long for testing and results. Then just call and say you are not eligible for the one option but do not discuss the other options. People quality of life are just left hanging.
