Can you work in patient advocacy? I have been trying to reach someone for months now regarding my mother but her appointment always seem to cancel/reschedule, no one got back to us regarding her meds for months, and now we were left waiting for two hours for a phone appointment today that never happened even after reaching out to the office multiple times and being advice to just wait a little longer. Three hours later we are still waiting. Tried contacting patient advocacy who said to wait till tomorrow. Great way to put pa... read more

Hi Maria, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Our Patient Advocacy team would like to speak with you about this. Please call them at 215-707-7717. Thank you.
No communication between doctors and the patient's family members. I have placed call after call from Friday and today is Wednesday and still have not received a reply. I had to call today to hunt my husband down as I was not informed about him not being moved to an acute care facility. This is utterly ridiculous not to inform family what's going on especially his wife who he has been married to for 38 years

If you’re thinking about having surgery at Temple University please don’t of a least do it at night. The after care is horrible during the day. You get one cup of water to last a day, no one explains nor helps you to the bathroom, no one checks on your area of surgery. All they care about is discharging you - even if it’s in a cab by yourself. The only blessings who actually want to help are the shift nurses. They are truly gifts from God
Not only they never managed to diagnose right, within two month of regular appointments, they also keep sending bills for something that was covered more then a year ago. I went to Penn for second opinion and they got it right straight away. On the very first visit. And I have never had any billing issues with Penn, while Temple keeps sending bills for something already covered. Nothing works right!

Temple has the worst PCP I have ever had to deal with. I have been attempting to have a prescription refilled that I have been utilizing for over 10 years. My PCP refuses to refill it she stated that I have to have a gastro physician order it. as of today April 27th I am out of my medication. In 2010 when I ran out of this medication I was taken to the ER and admitted to the hospital. Now that we have this pandemic I am doing everything I can to prevent myself from needing to go to an ER. This is ridiculous that I cannot get... read more
Shout out to all amazing doctors and nurses at Temple and all the wonderful doctors and nurses in the IR Department
A couple of years ago, my aunt was hit by a SUV and was taken to hospital by some shady ambulance company. She was barely able to move around and just in such serious amount of pain. She was then taken to your hospital and was told by the hospital that she was fine to leave, even though there were dozens of things wrong and she was barely moving. Your company called another shady ambulance company to take her home, which dropped her off by her place. Our family was then able to get her a real hospital and we then found out s... read more
My hat is off to the people who are working the emergency unit. I was there and they serviced everyone personable with a smile yet very professional. I pray God keeps you all safe and covered from all hurt, harm, and danger.
Please write to blue edge the will make you bulk supplies... Stay well Annie Byrne, former temple social worker.
