I have been at the Digestive disease center all week & I've received the BEST care EVER!!! Dr.Parkman is a nice, caring doctor. The nurses & techs are all nice & thoughtful. I've had x-rays, EKG , blood work & gastric emptying test done & everyone who has taken care of me have made me feel very special. It really makes me feel like coming to Temple was THE BEST choice for me & my health. I'm hopeful that I can get feeling better & that's due to the help I've received from Everyone involved with my care.
Temple neurology department handled my situation without any care to the inconvenience I was caused. my father had an appt because his main care giver underwent a emergency CABG and I had to shuffle and figure out his schedule. A few days after his missed appoint I called to reschedule. Today when I came in for the rescheduled appointment they said it was not in the system and the doctor said he would see my father as a walk-in patient and then proceeded to say they did not want to give me a doctors note because he was not s... read more
I just wanted to take this time and thank everyone at Temple University Hospital for making the delivery of our daughter Cassidy such a pleasant experience!!!!
I have it a 3 only because the people there are really nice if not I would've given it a 1. Back and forth nobody knows anything. This place is a mess. We had no choice but to go to temple because it was the closest trauma hospital but if you have a choice don't go to temple or at least pray that you're discharged that same day.
Even though that I waited over 6 hrs the staff inside meaning de and nurses well very polite loving and caring ba out the girls at regristation where very disgusting other than that it was ok
I am here with my sister, who is the patient. She had a VERY long heart procedure yesterday. She and I are very pleased with the care she got. Everyone is kind and very in tune to your needs. THANK YOU Temple!!!!!
Love it there staff is awsome way better then aeria
My daughter is currently in this hospital. The people are nice but it's 10:00 and she's still waiting for a bed. She can't even rest because she's right in front of the main recovery door smh
They took care of my mother. The nurses and staff was very good to her
