Unclean, unattentitive, 6 hour wait in ER, no communication between staff, no communication to patient of progrnosis.
My temple family took good care of me, every one was friendly and very informative, polite, helpful, caring, curious and the wait wasn't long at all.

I heard good things about the quality of care, however I was only there to visit my mother in law who is in cardiac ICU on life support, I found it disheartening after driving 3 hours that we still had to pay for parking, where I come from, if you are in ER, ICU, TNU, critical care they validate your parking if you park in their parking garage. It's not just about the money, but the consideration for family members going through a tough time, you make it tougher adding additional cost.

This is the worst hospital I've ever been in , the staff are rude and have the nastiest attitudes , when first in triage the nurse asked had I called my primary or went to a urgent care before I decided to come here if it's an emergency room isn't that what people come for an emergency , plan on calling there corporate department
E.R. is horrible. They put you in a little room with other people. Absolutely no pricacy. I was sitting next to a woman getting a throat ultrasound and she kept gagging. Wtf..
This was a wonderful experience. From the valet to the greeter to the lady (Linda) who answered the phone and gave me better directions than my GPS when we got lost enroute. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Most times escorting us rather than pointing in a general direction. But then we met with Dr. FOFIA and worries just melted. His laser focus and confidence has renewed our hope and outlook.
