I'm Speechless! Awesome Awesome place to stay in Orlando! For 5 Consecutive years of going back and forth in Orlando and this is the only place in the world I found...'PARADISE" Nowhere else!
The property is great, especially the pool area...the front desk and concierge(s) are very helpful and plesent, The only thing I didn't like is the price of the food - it's not that I am cheap, but the quality per price do not match.
What a mess. I walked 15 minutes to my room towing extremely heavy luggage and completely exhausted from delayed flights and a rough day. Room key didn't work so I called for help rather than take the trek to the front desk. Twenty minutes and two security guards, one on segue, later my door is opened. Then they want to fix the lock while I wait at 10:40 pm. Never, ever again will I stay here. Can't even leave the room for breakfast as the key doesn't work. Never EVER again!!!!!
Had a rodent living in our room sent me into a server panic attack. Had to sleep in my car due to the hold on my account ruined my whole valentine's weekend. Tryed to contact managment and got a very rude disrespectful lady would not point me in the right direction.
Great hotel, staff was very helpful. Room service wad late but still good food, pools my kids loved it! We will be back
Not a good first impression. This has been a nightmare & we are only on day 1 !!!! Never again will I stay or recommend anyone stay here.... no heat, no hot water & not the room we thought we were booking ! Spent all day with maintenance in our room & still not resolved... tell them you'll glady pay to to move rooms & they use the excuse rooms are contracted. Parking lot super expensive and far away. Ordered room service. Shrimp cocktail came raw. Asked for gluten free salad dressing, they brought me vegetable oil. All super unhealthy choices for food, like the menu is stuck in 1985. $25 daily resort fee gets you absolutely nothing. Motion-sensor thermostat shuts air off as soon as you fall asleep.
The staff goes out of their way to put a smile on your face.
The Pools and Water Slides were awesome! Restaurants, especially the Falls Poolside Bar, were good. Rooms were decent. Parking was far, but shuttles kept coming and going. Overall, it was better than expected.
