We had a wonderful time there. 3 days this March 17 to 20th. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Little pricey but it is Orlando.
Nice hotel overall. Having to pay for internet service in one's room is old school - service should be free!!
Front desk employee Thomas was very accommodating and pleasant. He made us feel welcome, gave us a late check out, had a great smile with a great sense of humor. We love it here and will come back again definitely Also love their breakfast all fresh and a lot of variety
The front staff we awesome and extremely accommodating. Excellent customer service including the bell service staff.
Numerous people each day at the Front desk were rude to us. They gave my husband and I a room with two double beds and we requested a king but they told us we were out of luck despite making the reservation months ago. We were booked to stay here many nights and their response was that many other guests are booked for numerous nights. I'm 5 months pregnant and already have problems sleeping and couldn't even sleep with my husband for all five nights. Amazing the best time of my life!!! Everything was perfect!
Everything was expensive and my wife and I wanted a room with a king size bed for our 4 night stay, they only had rooms with two beds. Not a huge deal initially but the staff was not helpful after multiple asks if they had any rooms with King beds. Would have been great if they said "we'd be happy to notify you" instead of rudely "we don't have anything". They also threw away a box I needed to ship some items that had stuff in it in our room! Do not Valet your car. I recently got my sunglasses stolen and this hotel does not take care of its theft issues.
Just wrapped up a five day stay for a business convention. Wonderful service, beautiful hotel and an awesome staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Highly recommend this resort for business and/or pleasure. Can't wait to come back for a vacation that is not work related!
