I stayed at the Orlando Works Center Marriott for a conference. I was here for four nights and the staff, services and overall experience was excellent. In fact, I am planning on staying here on my next family vacation to Orlando. Kevin at the concierge was very helpful as were staff at check-in and check-out. There is a great mix of restaurants, the room was very comfortable and the location is great for Disney. For a very large hotel I received a personal (small hotel) experience.
Staff great. Restaurants CLOSED Monday-Wednesday. Only places to eat lunch are food court or Falls Bar & Grill which is out in heat. When restaurants are available vastly overpriced and overrated. Won't stay here again. Oh and water slides closed. Ugh. Looks and name are not a guarantee for service.
Best hotel,very clean,nice staff perfect pool for the kids and adult.food is delicious, room service the best lets the 5 minutes and the staff is from the door this hotel for me 10 will come back in july 4.
Absolutely loved our stay! Especially loved Mija at the falls grill she is amazing !
By far the best place I've been in a while, you don't have to leave for a good time it's all here.
Here for a vacation/business trip and both of my nephews got food poisoning off of the resorts food. Instead of management trying to resolve the issue they are offering one night comped and now we are stuck with a $750.00 gift card we purchased and they will not cash it out for us now that they have given us no choice but to leave the premises. Extremely disappointed in this hotel, ruined our vacation and now won't even attempt to rectify the situation. Both kids ages 1 and 6 threw up for more then 24 hours straight and the ... read more
This was an awesome experience! I was there on business but staying here turned it into both business and pleasure! I had a pool view rm and it was gorgeous the pool was warm and inviting and if you have the opportunity to go to Hawks Landing do it the steaks are on the money and so are the sides. Great experience plan to go back soon!
