Was there with Stats and Stripes and I have to say this is a wonderful place! Friendly, helpful staff. Even during the Christmas/New Years Eve rush everything was as good if not better than expected!
Stayed here a couple of times and would continue to go back in a heartbeat. Best place in Orlando outside of anything Disney.
Absolutely the worst convention experience of my life. Told no parking. Given a piece of paper and told to drive 11 miles to Kissimmee and take a cab back. Avoid avoid avoid.
The hotel stay was great!! the staff is very nice and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to visit again
Trying to book a group reservation has never been so difficult. It's almost like you don't want my 9 rooms, 18 spa services and fine dining reservations.

An absolute amazing family vacation! From the moment walking in, myself, my husband and children were amazed at how beautiful the place was in person. Jane at the front desk was very lovely and cheerful. Her customer service skills made us feel even more happier then we could have been by her warm welcoming and lovely smile.
