Crazy people gave this a 1 star .. Wow what a beautiful Marriott .. Great service fabulous room great drinks .. Laser light show .. And slash area.. Couldn't ask for a lot more .. Stayed at a Disney resort last 3 days .. BORING and nothing magical about that.. Love Marriott and this property is top of my list ..
This place is top of the heap ! Amenities are great. Staff was great. Pool was awesome. Great location. Great food. The people that complain about this place should stay at Holiday inn. It's pricey but you get what you pay. Love this hotel.
I see many really harsh reviews about this hotel. No doubt, the resort fees and parking are steep, but every hotel in the Disney area stick it to you. I've been coming here 3 or 4 times a year for three years. The staff has always been great at front desk, the pool, the buffet. Many remember my daughter and me and ask how we are doing. The hotel is huge and the only bad experiences I have had are associated with conventions.
We had a great time. We brought our 3 young boys and they loved it. They had a lot of activities for kids. The staff was always very friendly and that pool is perfect.
People who complain about this place have issues. Our stay was awesome. Service was A+. We will stay here again. Hopefully soon!
My husband and I just stayed there three days and everything was perfect. The staff was most helpful, the food was great and it is a beautiful venue. We will definitely return.
Not gonna lie... Worst Marriott we have stayed at ever. We are loyal members to Marriott. The price for everything is outrageous at this resort! Asked for someone to come to our room to check the front carpet area because it was soaked all day...from what we believed was the AC unit. After two calls, No service. Room was small for four people. U have to ask for a refrigerator (which we did when we booked but waited hours after we arrived and requested again). We had milk for the kids and needed it right away, amoung other co... read more
Never again!! Service was rude and all these hidden fees. Food was awful my kids got sick!
