Dirty rooms. I had hair in the tub and the coffee cups had garbage in them from who knows which guest. Then they didn't even give me new cups for the second day. I had to go get them myself. Someone ordered room service and it sat in the hall from the time I checked in at 1 til after I woke up and went to breakfast the next morning. Great job housekeeping!!!
Wow factor, Valet is non stop 24-7, everyone is sooo accomodating, food, restaurants, hospitality, room service, front desk, ask for Jorge, Marriott app is spectacular. Shops are fantastic, got a lot of premium gifts, the Falls grille, great lunch......recommend 5 1/2 stars!
Don't visit unless the resort is at high occupancy they won't provide the service they advertise. This was our 4th visit and by far a totally different experience. Not enough staffing to run water slides. Poor poolside service. Pool bar closed before I even got food a crazy hour and a half early with a full bar. They could have sent 1/2 staff home rather than shut down so early. No managers focused on guest experience just saving money. Such a shame to have such poor treatment as it was always a favorite.
Best Marriott I have stayed at. The hotel has been renovated and is beautiful, the pool and slides are fun and laser show is awesome, the restaurant food is very good and the staff is cheerful, professional and at your service. It is an A plus hotel that I will always stay at.
Never in my life would I ever stay in this hotel. It is beautiful inside but the room doesn't have microwaves, no hair dryers, and they sent me to the first floor to the food court to heat up my food. As I put my food in the microwave a huge cockroach came out of the back. I go to front desk to complain and they apologized and said it was the only one they've ever had and did nothing about it.

This is a lovely hotel, with a variety of ammenities. We found the staff to be friendly and professional. The event I attended was handled with excellence!
My husband went for a conference so me and our daughter thought we would join him for a few days to soak up the sun and relax in the pool. NOT.... The pools always closed early in the afternoon and never reopened, including the indoor pool!! Didn't matter that the sun was shining bright and it was HOT, if there was a storm anywhere near the hotel the pool closed.. What a waste of a long weekend...
I really loved my stay at the Marriott World Center. I was treated very well from the day I checked in. I'm still here, rooms are great so is the staff and the good. I will be returning.
