I found the staff to be superb!! The hotel is clean and beautiful. The pool is spectacular and I would stay here again in a minute!!

We love this place!!! Both my kids have peanut allergies and the staff has been more than accommodating!!! Today is our oldest birthday and they brought him out a peanut free little cake for him to celebrate!!! (He's 6) little things like that make for great customer service and a wonderful staff!! Thank you!! Definitely recommend.

We spend last weekend here. Checked out this morning. We enjoyed ourselves. But we couldn't believe there were no refrigerator in the room. Got up Saturday morning to get some breakfast I don't think so they might have been golden eggs. 19.00. And no coffee in the rooms. You got to buy WiFi. And one last thing. This morning I went to go get a luggage cart to bring my stuff down and they told me I couldn't. The bell hop would have to do it. No. Nice hotel. But everything is a charge for everything. Stayed at this hotel for a utube convention,service was great. Rooms were clean ,food was a little pricey but what food isn't when on vacation ,overall a nice hotel . I would stay here again

This is my 2nd time staying here so I knew this time about all the charges. That is my only complaint, resort fee, parking fee, internet fees, all per day. Everything is expensive so just be prepared. Other than that, everyone has been very nice and helpful, 3 pools, plus kids pool area and water slides, lots of places to eat, very nice hotel.

I arrived yesterday, and upon arriving at our room I wasn't pleased. I made my reservation 8 mos. ago and specifically requested a room with 2 beds. I got a room with a king and a sofa bed. When we went to pull the sofa bed out there were crayons under the cushions, which leads me to believe that cleaning thoroughly is not a high priority. There were no bed linens for the pullout sofa left in the room. I tried calling the front desk to see if another room was available, and after waiting over 10 mins. Ok starting off day 2 of my stay. The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool looks awesome. All staff are friendly and seem willing to help. However, I have called down 3 times now in the past hour for towels. Can't take a shower until then. So I thought I would make a cup of coffee and found a old foul smelling coffee pack left in our coffee maker. Praying the days goes better once the towels arrive

The staff just doesn't seem to be able to handle a completely booked hotel. They need to hire more people and teach them attention to detail. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. If you can't handle being busy, then don't book your hotel to capacity.

Honestly worst Marriott that we are staying In. Over priced , not a empty fridge full of rubbish and gone way smarted few snacks left on a tray with auto sensor setup . As you as you move one item you get charge for it automatically to your account ... Very disappointed!!!!
