I think the grounds are great for kids plenty for them to do. I do have to say that the rooms are small and the food court is terrible. I did call down to the front desk a couple of times and they were very accommodating. I asked for a cot for my room and it came right up. I then realized the room was too small for one. I did leave here Everytime I wanted to eat which is a pain. The laser show was great and the pools are amazing. I would come again knowing that I have to do everything off the resort.
We loved our stay, we got lucky and had Disney fireworks view. We loved the pools, slides, kids splash area and you don't have to worry because there is a lifeguard on duty all the time and is not too deep for little ones. We were on North tower so parking was an easy task. My son felt like rock star inside the pool while the light show was on. We had a great experience we even made smores by the fire pit. Beautiful place, inside and out. Great pools and fast elevators. The valet attendants and bellmen are kind and helpful. Love the music and light show at night. The cave by the pool is awesome, almost feels like we're staying at a theme park. The views from the balcony and breezeways are pretty. I would happily stay again. Two thumbs up!
***Best Deal and Experience Near Walt Disney World*** This hotel brings it to the next level! I had a wonderful time with my husband and sons... we stayed in the "east" wing 15th floor with the pool view and loved our room!! Now we are already use to the expensive snacks and fridge packed with beer and soft drinks ( we have stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, it gets even more expensive there). Has a great view if you're in a good room. Pool is great with a dj and food. My only complaint is the Internet. . You pay $25 a day for Internet (and not getting it isn't an option) and it sucks! Everything freezes and buffers forever. You constantly lose connection. Bed is very comfy and resort is really nice. Overall I liked it but for the price and what you get I probably won't be back.
This place is fantastic! Excellent customer service. We came across this resort after surviving the resort next door the night before. We came in need of rest and a positive experience and boy did we find it! Monique M treated me with so much respect and care and really made us feel welcome. Very nice pool area is beautiful and room nice. Arrived yesterday and just relax by the pool it's very big area with 2 hot tubs. Dinner by the pool and laser show was very good. Vacation is always experience , no matter where you go. Enjoy , relaxing , having good time.
I want to call out Hoang from the room service staff who has been serving our suite this week. She is attentive, detail oriented, and sweet to work with. The "banquet" food was excellent. One colleague commented it was the best we've ever had. Overall a good convention experience.
I am a local guy I work in the local Ferrari dealership and my stay here has being amazing, all of the employees are excellent from Valet,front desk,pool everyone .
