The Marriott World Center is a fabulous hotel and is an excellent option for holding business conferences. My past experiences have always been 5 star with regard to service, accommodations and food. They have always been very accommodating to the needs of their guests. This last experience, there was a problem with valet parking with wait times of an hour to pick up your vehicle. That was unusual for Marriott.
Dissapointed! Poor service. Waitress service In a Scale of 1 to ten. If I give them 3 is way to high.
The staff at the hotel and convention center were great! They were friendly, professional, went above and beyond expectations and stayed on top of every detail. Live this venue!
The hotel was amazing and great staff. I would not recommend eating at the Italian restuarant. The menu is very small and the watress we had no personality at all and did not make us feel welcome.
The staying was very pleasant loved the pool area, I just wish the bathroom space in the room was biger.
So we do a lot of staycations ( we actually live here in Orlando ). We have been to this hotel a several times and love it ( it is one of my favorites) everyone is always so nice and courteous but this particular time we met the most spectacular individual at the front desk her name is Jess, so sweet, great personality just an all-around five star kind of person. I love the Marriott World Center...We stayed here almost every other month. Just for pleasure. But I am really disappointed on the timeframe on Saturday night with the pool area and bar. We were served last call at 9:45pm on a Saturday night. There is a lot of lost revenue there. It was so crowded and everyone was enjoying the pool and surrounding bar area....especially the FINAL FOUR was showing on all TV screens and the came was still going on....LIGHTS OUT ....that is very disapointing....they should at least stay open un... read more
Awesome long weekend experience. Spent most of our time poolside. Able and Fernando took great care of us.
