I believe this is our 6th or 7th time here and will not be the last! Fabulous, beautiful, clean, best pool ever, friendly staff, friendly guests and we thank the Marriott for being top notch!

After our kids went to bed my daughter began to run a low fever. I went to the desk to ask if they knew where I could get some children's medacine for her. The manager looked and didn't have anything for her. He then called a bell hop to get a hotel vehicle, and run me to a 24 hr Walgreens down the road. As a parent, on our first night at the hotel, and not knowing the area at all. I was back in the hotel with in 20 minutes to give the medacine to my daughter. The hotel lives up to the pictures on the website,I absolutely loved being there for the weekend the rooms were amazing,the staff was extraordinary,I didn't get to try out the restaurant at the facility but maybe next time,I'm from Louisiana I enjoy traveling and staying at nice hotels I would definitely tell everyone about my experiences thank you very much for the nice relaxing,clean and beautiful room
The staff was nice, the hotel was fully entertaining for my 6 and 9 year old and it was clean. I just dont agree with the prices, Imbfrom the hotel industry and these prices are still a little over the top. You are NOT on Disney and even Disney charges less for a glass of wine. I don't think Ill be returning any time soon. Also, the charge for parking is outrageous, again Disney provide parking for FREE to its hotel guests. Why can't you?
Beautiful! Was there for the AALC! Enjoyed everything but my pool staff experience. We layed out at the pool for an over an hour and watched the waitress serve only the white guests. Took their orders, brought it back, and asked us NOTHING! I even spoke to her and she spoke back but kept walking. I hate to pull the race card but that's the only difference I saw in us and the others because we were all breathing humans laying out. Awesome awesome villa's my family loved it. We will be back again thus summer and best summer great activities for the whole family.
First I'm a Marriott Rewards holder...I just left this facility from a function that was booked by another "group"....BUT since I didn't personally make the reservations... if I wanted wifi...IN my room, I had to PAY for it...Hotel is huge, very clean, my room was very clean and taken care of properly. Food was good at the Solaris, but very high priced! The only BIG thing they need to work on is their bellhop schedule, if you have a busy day, you need to plan accordly....as my husband left our room at 9:40am to go get our ca... read more
