My husband stayed here the first week the resort opened. He had great memories of the hotel so I decided to take the kids for a quick couple night getaway. Rooms were nice but the staff made the stay worth every penny. They we helpful and friendly with my kids. I appreciate when people notice them and greet them. The pool and the slides were a blast and my kids loved the laser show. The food court was great for a quick bite and was open until 2am. And not outrageously priced. I would definitely spend time here again!
Love, love, love. Cannot say enough good things about this resort. The only downside was having to leave! Pools are beautiful and fun for the kids (but there's also a quiet one if you don't have kids), massage was amazing. Can't wait to go back.
Very expensive..By cold cuts and bread and keep in your room. Eat in the City.
Nice pool. Customer service was terrible, very poor communication. Hiring employees who can barely speak English and putting them in roles where they have to communicate with customers isn't a great idea.
Best vacation with the kids! The pool was great and very close to all the parks!
staying here with my girlfriend and just wanted a couple days to relax and lay in the sun. perfect pool setting for just that! also awesome to have everything on site so you don't have to leave the hotel. multiple restaurants, Starbucks, little grocery store.... rest and relaxation was easy! also want to note that even though the kids are not with us this trip..... we will defiantly return with them as it is an amazing atmosphere for family. they would go nuts at the pool as it has water falls, slides, and toys! thank you Ma... read more
Some confusion checking in we are Marriott Gold members and requested a early check-in just in case... when we got there at noon the room was not ready so they moved our room around...we specifically asked to face the pool area/2 queen beds, we had three small children and wanted to be facing the pool for the entertainment... we did get to be moved to a pool view eventually, which we had originally but charged us for a upgrade....? Too understaffed. Front desk, operators and vallet all slow and disorganized. Pool and overall property is nice just avoid the staff.
I had a wonderful time at the resort. Fourth year in a row attending a conference and each time they have not disappointed. The front desk, cleaning services and others made this a very pleasant stay.
