The hotel itself was very good. What I did not like was that I felt we were "nickel and dimed" for everything, when it was already very expensive. You go to a hotel that is much less expensive and get a free breakfast buffet. Not even a free cup of coffee here. For the price, Parking should be included with your stay as well.
Exceptional Service by the staff, they were ALL super friendly, helpful and seemed to really want to help you. Truly enjoyed our stay there.
Horrible layout. Most convention centers are poorly designed but this one takes the cake. An interminable amount of time to get anywhere, no help, no wifi (a must today), just money grubbing nickel and diming.

Every meal was Terrific! I don't usually eat at the Marriott restaurant in the Lobby. Every restaurant on this property including the Lobby bar was exceptional. The wait staff are friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful From the bell desk (got me distilled water for my cpap) to the Concierge staff making Reservations. You will have a memorable experience here but bring plenty of Cash because making memories in Orlando isn't Cheap. I only wish the Hotel had a shuttle bus to and from the Airport.
Beautiful view and accommodations along with friendly, attentive staff makes for a great vacation getaway �������⛱�
Great place all the around. Enjoyed the pool and laser light show. Great comfortable rooms and service. Nice friendly shuttle driver
Beautiful property but our room smelt like mold bad. I mentioned something at checkout so hopefully they get it remedied. I have a feeling it's in the air conditioning. Restaurants had awesome food. Check in was also a little rough. Would definitely stay again. The pool area was awesome!
