We had a great time. Friendly staff and very attentive. The resort is not only kid friendly but the adults get to enjoy it as well. While the kids are off on their own we get to relax by the pool knowing they are well attended.
We had a great time but our room has no mirror that you can see your whole body the only mirror that we have is the bathroom sink no hanging bars for hand towels it looks so boring We fell like we are in a chicken coop difinitely the wierdest room off all the Marriott brands I have stayed. I think this room needs an upgrade.
This was the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at!!!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating!! Everything was so neat and pristeen ! Food was delicious, wait staff was wonderful! The pools were so clean and beautiful!! Rooms kept squeaky clean! Quiet at night !! I just can't say enough good things and I guarantee I will refer this hotel to all my friends and relatives. I live close by, but was visiting my relative who flew here .
Love the pool and spa! The restaurants were awesome and the food spectacular!
Great hotel and pool area, book a pool view room on the highest floor you can...you won't regret it!!!
As a professional planner, it's always a joy to host events in the property. Staff is stellar, food always delicious and lucious grounds. And all a short hop to theme parks, shopping and entertainment hubs!
Their customer service stinks....I'm with a conference group and they ran out of room so I was put in a flow over hotel and get charged $23.75 to park for 2 hours crazy and anytime I come and go I'm charged $23.75 absolutely ridiculous
Great venue, especially for conferences. Everything is right there for you.
I like the hotel. It's a little crazy here due to over 3500 people attending the Hosa event but the hotel has done a great job managing it. Great job Marriott.
