Great Marriott service and then some. When we checked in I mentioned we would be celebrating 42 years of marriage during our stay. On our anniversary a bottle of wine and some chocolate dipped strawberries appeared after dinner. But that's not all. The next day Caira, our housekeeper noticed we didn't drink the wine. When we got back to the room after an afternoon walk there was a Happy Anniversary balloon and a snack. It's no wonder we prefer the Marriott family of hotels from the USA to Ho Chi Minh City.😃
Brilliant service and facilities. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Enough entertainment for the whole family.
Lovely setting. Beautiful rooms. Convenient everything. Good service except for the valet parking. We were waiting for an hour before getting our car. Was afraid we might be late for getting our daughter to the airport. This needs improvement.

I just want to say thank you for the professional and courteous servece that your banquet staff provided. I have been to many hotel events but your team ignored because they exceeded evey single moment. Any body can bring coffee, water, tea or the silverware. They go the extra mile. I had the feeling that I was in my own home, warm smiles every moment. One of my favorite places to be. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, spacious & clean rooms, awesome pool & outside area to read, reflect, & relax. LuvIt!
The Hotel was Absolutely Fabulous I will difenitly be coming back that place is Awesome enjoyed being there with my family
99% good but the 1% didn't effect the 5 stars... But make sure the stsff at the bsr in the msin lounge knows, for THESE prices there should never be a debate on HOW a customer want their drink prepared. But everything else Perfect
I am here with my wife who is attending an event. I am here to support her journey. Kind of walking around all day while she is occupied. I will take short trips out in the sun but I have all day. Staff is very friendly at hotel and the restaurants. Looked into a massage but could not justify the cost. Probably the going rate in resort area though. Very clean also.
