At our event the bartenders and servers werea 10!!
Great service & staff. The staff was exceptional always smiling & paying attention to detail. The charity event went extremely well.
Resort was ok but disappointing that they offered me 1500 points (500 each night) not to have my room serviced. They only applied 500 points and now I have to wait another two weeks for them to "look into it" and maybe apply the points AND I may have to call the Marriott rewards instead of the hotel directly to get the outcome. Turns a potentially positive customer touchpoint and positive bonus point offer into a very poor experience!
Well it's a resort; a little bit higher priced but worth it! Enjoying the Spring get away!
Worst stay at a hotel! Did not feel safe there at all and the constant noise left us unable to sleep. They were unable to handle the large crowds effectively. Valet staff was awful too. I tried to address my concerns with the management staff and they did not return phone calls or follow up emails.
Wonderful experience for playlist live 17! The poolside service was great and the staff were amazing!
Excellent service, food and Super Clean! I highly recommend it! We went for a YouTube convention that had 15,000 people and it was handled with true class thank you Press play and the world Center Marriott!
We were there for one night. My daughter and her friend attending Playlist live 17. The laser light show and fireworks were amazing and perfect viewing from our balcony. We had a fabulous meal at Hawks Landing Steak house. The food was delicious and our server, Laura was delightful. We enjoyed the pool. Waterfall was relaxing. We will definitely return. The bed was super comfortable with cloud-like duvet cover. Bottles of water were included in the room and at pool. Very impressed with our stay!
Love it ,can't wait to come back next year and the year after that ���
