My husband and I love our Oregon Hot Springs Hot Tub. Recently we had to have a tech come out and go over the remote panel with us and discuss the chemicals. Both times it has been Lonnie McCann. What a great customer service guy! Very knowledgeable and friendly in explaining what we need to do in a way that we could understand it. Thank you Lonnie!!
Wow! I had another company come out to install a new motor and then to return multiple times to try to fix a resulting leak. They couldn't do it. Lonnie from Oregon Hot Tub came out and in 10 minutes had detected where the leak was really coming from (different from where the other guy thought) and put in a new part that fixed the leak. After more than two months dealing with the other guys, we're up and running again. Thanks Lonnie!

First repairman who came out gave us wrong information and made an adjustment to our tub that actually made the problem worse. Called again and Oregon Hot Tub sent Lonny out. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. He also went over and above, giving us clear and concise information about how to care for our tub and even cleaning a ring around the tub caused by one of the filters.
