Oregon Hot Tub, has the best Service Dept. Lonnie I think is one of the best, professional, knowledgable, and genuine.
Lilly Wanless was very knowledgable, and friendly. We enjoyed talking with her, and also got a better understanding of our hot tub and how to maintain it. She rocks!
Lonnie is my technician of choice. He knows what he is doing and always explains the problem and what needs to be done to correct it. I learn something every time he comes.
Terry is the best! Always willing to do what it takes to get the job done. He really knows what he's doing. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Terry Lynch is an excellent technician and is superior in hot tub knowledge. We purchased a hot tub approximately 3 years ago and Terry walked through maintenance and chemicals processes. Terry is highly recommended
Michael came through when I was having some issues with a hot tub I inherted with m house. His customer servie was excellent and he fixed all of my issues, very professional. Even schooled me n how to avoid future troubles. A+
Terry is a good technician. He called to let us know when he would be there and was on time. He was friendly and polite and was very helpful.
We placed a service call to replace a control panel (switch to turn on jets was not working) and fix a leak. We received a call advising that Terry would be our tech and would arrive about 8:10 and he did. Terry was fast, friendly and was prepared with the knowledge plus parts necessary to fix the two issues. I have always been impressed with Oregon Hot Tub people at both the show room and service personel.
