I asked to have service scheduled in AM to avoid other scheduling conflicts. Terry Lynch was here first thing this morning. He solved the issue in maybe 20 min or less. I scored him a "5" review. My only issue is with the $18 salt. I would like someone to explain the difference between $1 salt and the $18 'special magic' salt?
I called Oregon Hot tub for a second opinion on my hot tub after the first company I called said it wld cost $1900 to fix. Terry came out, diagnosed the problem right away and my hot tub is back in working order just like that. I'd recommend these guys again anytime.
A giant Thank You to Andy Rhoades for answering all my questions about the J-245 Jacuzzi, at the Clark County Fair. Our new Jacuzzi is beautiful to look at and use. I'm 60, I recommend J-245 Jacuzzi for all sore, tired muscles and aches & pains. Have some FUN, give it a try!!!

We moved and had our hot tub moved. We had a very expensive electrician rewire it and to make a long story short he did it wrong. Terry Lynch of Oregon Hot Tub was here for no more than 10 minutes, problem solved, hot tub is heating and I am happy!!
