I just purchased an Oregon Hot Tub from the Vancouver store. Jamie Harms was very welcoming and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of my new Hot Springs spa. She was a delight to work with and never made me feel like I was being pressured to buy one of her tubs. I totally recommend checking out Oregon Hot Tub before you make your decision to buy a new spa. Two thumbs up!!
As always, I never regret having purchased my hot springs tub over 10 years ago- one of the reasons is the great service they provide and today's repair was no exception. Terry came out early this morning and had the whole thing repaired quickly. I appreciated his genuinely friendly and helpful manner and terrific service. Thanks Terry and thanks Oregon Hot Tub for caring enough about customer service to hire employees like him.
